Policy
We have carefully chosen companies
with the highest quality items for our store. We want
you to enjoy shopping with us, and your pets to love you
shopping with us. However, just in case you do have a
problem please email us at
customerservice@heartofmyheartpets.com, or call us
at (417) 588-9675. Customer Service Hours are M-F 8:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
We offer a 30-day money back
guarantee with the exception of custom orders and
sale/clearance items. This
policy applies within 30 days of receipt of your order. Sale/Clearance
items - We are happy to exchange these items if other
sizes are available, if not all sales are final, please
measure carefully.
Please make your selection carefully
we require a 10% restocking fee on each product returned,
15% on large and oversized items. COD and postage due returns will not be
accepted.
Pet Identification Tags or
personalized items / custom made items are subject
to return due to manufacturer defects only. Please check
your spelling and your telephone number to make certain
the information you have provided us is correct prior to
finalizing your order.

clear details of return or exchange.
If the merchandise was defective due
to manufacturing or was incorrectly shipped, the
merchandise will be replaced, upon return of the
original shipment, at no cost to you.
All returns will be pre-approved upon
receipt. If your purchase was made using a credit card,
that card will be issued a refund, which will appear on
your credit card statement. Purchases made by money
order will be issued a refund check. Please remember to
measure and consider the size you need carefully. Make
sure you have chosen the correct color or fabric. For
custom tags please check your spelling. If you have any
